08:42 AM EST, 01/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Health care stocks were mixed premarket Wednesday as the Health Care Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLV) was down 0.3% and the iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) was up 0.4%.

Teva Pharmaceutical Industries ( TEVA ) shares fell 5.9% after it reported lower Q4 non-GAAP earnings and net revenue.
