The iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) rose 1.7%.

In corporate news, Denmark's largest pension fund ATP increased its holding in Novo Nordisk ( NVO ) to 4.81 million shares at the end of H1 from 2.52 million shares at the end of 2024, according to the fund's website. Novo shares fell 0.5%.
