The iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) climbed 1.6%.

In corporate news, Legend Biotech ( LEGN ) is weighing a second listing outside of the US, Bloomberg reported. Possible locations include Hong Kong, Singapore and London, the report said. Legend shares were up 2.8%.
