01:03 PM EST, 11/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Health care stocks were mixed Friday afternoon, with the NYSE Health Care Index fractionally higher and the Health Care Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLV) down 0.2%.

The iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) rose 1.4%.

In corporate news, Bristol-Myers Squibb ( BMY ) shares were down 3% after the company and Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) said they decided to stop a phase 3 trial of their experimental drug milvexian for people recovering from a recent acute coronary syndrome event.
