01:13 PM EDT, 03/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Health care stocks rose Monday afternoon with the NYSE Health Care Index up 0.2% and the State Street Health Care Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLV) gaining 0.1%.

The iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) added 0.7%.

In corporate news, Cencora ( COR ) agreed to buy EyeSouth Partners' retina business for $1.1 billion. Cencora ( COR ) shares fell 1.1%.
