Neurocrine Biosciences ( NBIX ) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Soleno Therapeutics ( SLNO ) for $53 per share in cash, or a total of $2.9 billion, the companies said. Soleno Therapeutics ( SLNO ) stock was up more than 32% premarket.
