Eli Lilly ( LLY ) has agreed to acquire Curevo, LimmaTech Biologics, and Vaccine Company in deals worth up to nearly $3.83 billion in total, expanding its presence in infectious disease prevention, the company said. Shares of Eli Lilly ( LLY ) were up more than 1% pre-bell.
