Sanofi ( SNY ) has agreed to acquire Blueprint Medicines ( BPMC ) in a deal worth up to $9.5 billion, the companies said. Shares of Blueprint Medicines ( BPMC ) were up more than 26% premarket.
BioNTech (BNTX) and Bristol Myers Squibb ( BMY ) said they have agreed to co-develop and co-commercialize BNT327, an investigational bispecific therapy across various solid tumor types. Shares of BioNTech rose by more than 12% pre-bell.
Moderna ( MRNA ) shares were up nearly 4% after the company said it received approval from the US Food and Drug Administration for the mNEXSPIKE COVID-19 vaccine for use in all adults aged 65 years and above.
