Moderna ( MRNA ) shares were up more than 3% after the company said results from a phase 3 study demonstrated the "superior relative vaccine efficacy" of its mRNA-1010 seasonal influenza vaccine candidate compared with a licensed standard-dose seasonal influenza vaccine in adults aged at least 50 years old.
INmune Bio ( INMB ) shares were falling by more than 62% after the company said its phase 2 clinical trial of XPro in patients with early Alzheimer's disease and biomarkers of inflammation did not meet its primary cognitive endpoint.
Chemed ( CHE ) said its Vitas unit now expects a Medicare cap revenue limitation for fiscal 2025 of $18 million to $25 million related to the Florida consolidated program, excluding Tallahassee. Chemed ( CHE ) shares were down more than 8% premarket.
