Eton Pharmaceuticals ( ETON ) shares were up more than 5% after the company said the US Food and Drug Administration approved a new drug application for Khindivi, a hydrocortisone oral solution, as replacement therapy in pediatric patients aged five and older with adrenocortical insufficiency.
Intellia Therapeutics ( NTLA ) said enrollment in its late-stage study for NTLA-2002 in hereditary angioedema remains on track, with completion expected in Q3 and a Biologics License Application filing planned for H2 next year. Shares of Intellia Therapeutics ( NTLA ) were down more than 24% pre-bell.
Keros Therapeutics ( KROS ) shares were more than 2% lower after the company said it will discontinue the development of cibotercept in pulmonary arterial hypertension and cut its workforce by about 45% as part of its corporate restructuring.
