Medtronic ( MDT ) shares were up 0.5% after the company reported higher fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings and net sales.

Moderna ( MRNA ) said it has voluntarily withdrawn its Biologics License Application for mRNA-1083, its flu and COVID combination vaccine candidate for adults aged 50 and older. Shares of Moderna ( MRNA ) were more than 1% higher premarket.

Belite Bio ( BLTE ) shares were up 0.4% after the company said the US Food and Drug Administration granted breakthrough therapy designation to its Tinlarebant drug for treating Stargardt disease.
