Gritstone bio (GRTS) shares slumped by over 57% after the company said it made a Chapter 11 filing for bankruptcy.

10x Genomics ( TXG ) shares were down more than 27% after the company said preliminary results showed a revenue decline of about 1% year over year to roughly $151.7 million for Q3 that ended Sept. 30.

Immatics ( IMTX ) shares were over 6% lower after the company launched a $150 million underwritten public offering of its ordinary shares.
