Merck ( MRK ) shares were down more than 8% after the company issued 2025 guidance for non-GAAP earnings and sales that trailed analysts' expectations.

Pfizer ( PFE ) stock was up over 1% after the company reported higher Q4 adjusted earnings and revenue.

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals ( REGN ) shares were up nearly 1% after the company posted higher Q4 adjusted earnings and revenue.
