Eupraxia Pharmaceuticals ( EPRX ) shares were up more than 1% after the company said data from its ongoing trial evaluating EP-104GI for eosinophilic esophagitis treatment showed 59% of patients achieved clinical remission at 12 weeks.

Monte Rosa Therapeutics ( GLUE ) stock was down 1% after the company reported that it swung to a Q4 net loss as collaboration revenue declined during the period.
