Bionano Genomics ( BNGO ) shares jumped 20%. The company announced a registered direct offering to certain institutional investors for almost 39.7 million shares and related warrants at $0.252 apiece to raise $10 million.
Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals ( CYCC ) shares surged 26% after investor David Lazar agreed to buy $3.1 million in the company's preferred stock and was named interim chief executive.
Neumora Therapeutics' ( NMRA ) readout of its first phase 3 trial of navacaprant in major depressive disorder was a "significant miss," though the company has two more chances, Mizuho Securities said in a report. Neumora shares rose 13%.
