The iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) shed 0.7%.
In corporate news, UnitedHealth Group ( UNH ) Chief Executive Officer Andrew Witty was asked by Sen. Chuck Grassley, an Iowa Republican, to share detailed information on the company's Medicare billing practices, The Wall Street Journal reported. UnitedHealth ( UNH ) shares were falling 1.2%.
Eli Lilly ( LLY ) shares rose 2.6% after the company said Tuesday it has launched 7.5 milligram and 10-mg single-dose vials of Zepbound, priced at $499 a month via its self-pay Journey program.
