Immix Biopharma ( IMMX ) shares were up more than 6% after the company said it achieved a 95% complete response rate in a phase 1b/2 trial evaluating NXC-201 for the treatment for relapsed/refractory AL Amyloidosis.

Nanobiotix ( NBTX ) launched a global follow-on offering of 75 million euros ($87.2 million), the clinical-stage biotechnology company said. Nanobiotix ( NBTX ) stock was down more than 5% pre-bell.

Relay Therapeutics ( RLAY ) shares were up more than 10% after the company said it priced a public offering of 22.9 million common shares at $12 each.
