Abbott Laboratories ( ABT ) shares were up more than 5% after the company reported higher Q2 adjusted earnings and revenue, and raised its 2026 adjusted EPS guidance.

Eli Lilly ( LLY ) has agreed to acquire AtaiBeckley ( ATAI ) for $2.8 billion in cash plus potential milestone payments of up to $1.0 billion, the companies said. AtaiBeckley ( ATAI ) stock was up more than 33% pre-bell.
