08:49 AM EDT, 10/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Technology stocks were steady premarket Thursday, with the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) inactive and The Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) unchanged.

Nano Dimension ( NNDM ) shares were up more than 1% after the company and Desktop Metal ( DM ) said Desktop Metal's ( DM ) stockholders have approved the merger with Nano Dimension ( NNDM ).
