The Philadelphia Semiconductor index decreased 0.4%.

In corporate news, Siyata Mobile ( SYTA ) shares surged 75% after the company said its SD7 Ultra series 5G push-to-talk cellular radios will be available on T-Mobile's (TMUS) 5G network.
