01:30 PM EST, 11/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tech stocks were mixed Wednesday afternoon, with the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) up 0.2% and the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) falling 1.1%.

The Philadelphia Semiconductor index dropped 1.5%.

In corporate news, Super Micro Computer ( SMCI ) shares fell 4.4% after the company flagged a delay in filing its quarterly report for the period ending Sept. 30 because it needs more time to complete financial statements and disclosures.
