DouYu International Holdings ( DOYU ) said it has appointed Simin Ren as co-chief executive officer, effective immediately. The company said it has also approved a special cash dividend of $9.94 per ordinary share or American depositary share to holders on record as of Feb. 10. Shares of DouYu International Holdings ( DOYU ) were up past 28% premarket.
