03:31 PM EDT, 03/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tech stocks were mixed late Tuesday afternoon with the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) up 0.2% and the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) shedding 0.7%.

The Philadelphia Semiconductor index fell 0.8%.

In sector news, Desktop Metal ( DM ) shares surged 94%. The Delaware Court of Chancery ruled in Desktop Metal's ( DM ) favor in a legal dispute with Nano Dimension ( NNDM ) over their planned merger. Nano Dimension ( NNDM ) shares tumbled 1%.
