Hewlett Packard Enterprise ( HPE ) shares were up more than 12% after the company and Juniper Networks ( JNPR ) said they have reached a deal with the US Department of Justice to resolve an antitrust lawsuit against Hewlett Packard's ( HPE ) $14 billion proposed takeover of Juniper.
