Synopsys ( SNPS ) proposed $35 billion acquisition of Ansys ( ANSS ) has received conditional approval from China's State Administration for Market Regulation, multiple media outlets reported. Shares of Synopsys ( SNPS ) were up nearly 3% and Ansys ( ANSS ) shares were around 5% higher pre-bell.
