The Philadelphia Semiconductor index rose 0.1%.

In corporate news, Meta Platforms ( META ) Chief Executive Officer Mark Zuckerberg may make more changes to the company's AI strategy after the latest version of its Llama AI models disappointed third-party developers, CNBC reported. Meta shares declined 2%.
