Verint Systems ( VRNT ) confirmed on Monday that it has agreed to be acquired by private-equity firm Thoma Bravo for $20.50 per share in cash, or an enterprise value of $2 billion. Verint ( VRNT ) shares were more than 12% higher in premarket trading.
