IBM ( IBM ) and AMD (AMD) said they are collaborating to develop quantum-centric supercomputing architectures based on the combination of quantum and high-performance computing. Shares of AMD and IBM ( IBM ) were up more than 2% and 1%, respectively, pre-bell.
