Nvidia ( NVDA ) shares were up more than 2% after the company said it will invest $5 billion in Intel's ( INTC ) common stock at $23.28 per share as part of a collaboration to develop custom data center and personal computing products. Intel ( INTC ) shares were up over 30% premarket.
