Electronic Arts ( EA ) shares were up more than 5% after the company said it has agreed to be acquired by an investor consortium comprised of Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, Silver Lake, and Affinity Partners in an all-cash transaction valued at about $55 billion.
