08:56 AM EDT, 03/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Technology stocks were declining premarket Thursday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) down 0.7% and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) 1.4% lower.

Xunlei ( XNET ) stock was up more than 11% after the company posted higher Q4 net revenue.
