01:01 PM EDT, 03/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tech stocks were mixed Friday afternoon, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLK) down 0.5% and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) adding 0.5%.

The Philadelphia Semiconductor index increased 0.4%.

In corporate news, Adobe (ADBE) late Thursday reported stronger-than-expected fiscal Q1 results and said Chief Executive Shantanu Narayen plans to step down. Separately, Adobe said Friday it has reached a settlement with the US Department of Justice to conclude a June 2024 lawsuit concerning its subscription disclosure and cancellation procedures. Adobe was down 6%.
