08:50 AM EDT, 03/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Technology stocks were advancing premarket Tuesday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) 0.3% higher and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) up 0.6%.

Uber Technologies ( UBER ) and Nvidia ( NVDA ) said late Monday they plan to roll out a global fleet of autonomous vehicles powered entirely by L4 software from the chipmaker starting in H1 2027. Shares of Uber Technologies ( UBER ) were up more than 3% pre-bell.
