03:26 PM EDT, 03/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tech stocks were lower late Monday afternoon, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLK) falling 2.4% and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) dropping 4.8%.

The Philadelphia Semiconductor index slumped 4.9%.

In corporate news, Microsoft ( MSFT ) said Monday it rolled out a new feature called "Critique" under its Copilot Researcher AI agent that will use a combination of AI models simultaneously, using one to generate a response and the other to review and refine the output. Microsoft ( MSFT ) shares were down 0.1%.
