VNET Group ( VNET ) shares were up more than 5% after the company said it has secured a 40MW wholesale order from an unidentified internet company for its new Gu'an IDC Campus in the Greater Beijing Area.

Cheetah Mobile ( CMCM ) stock was up more than 11% after the company reported a narrower Q2 adjusted loss as revenue increased during the period.

Oracle's (ORCL) Oracle Health unit said it plans to launch a platform of AI-based applications intended to increase automation, reduce administrative costs, and improve coordination between payers and providers. Shares of Oracle were up more than 1% pre-bell.
