ON Semiconductor (ON) stock rose more than 4% after the company posted better-than-expected fiscal Q3 revenue.

ACI Worldwide ( ACIW ) shares were up more than 2% in recent premarket activity after the company said it has acquired Payment Components, a provider of AI-driven financial messaging and open banking.

InterDigital (IDCC) said Monday it secured an injunction from a German court in a patent infringement case against Disney (DIS). InterDigital shares were up more than 1% while Disney stock was marginally lower.
