Simulations Plus ( SLP ) surged past 11% after the company's fiscal Q2 earnings and sales beat market expectations.

Meta Platforms' ( META ) WhatsApp said in a post on X that the messaging app was back up after hours of outage. Meta shares were up 1.8% pre-bell Thursday.

Apple ( AAPL ) said on its System Status page that services including App Store, Apple TV+, Podcasts, and others were restored after brief outages. Apple ( AAPL ) shares rose 0.5% premarket Thursday.
