Uber Technologies ( UBER ) and Nvidia ( NVDA ) said they plan to roll out a global fleet of autonomous vehicles powered entirely by L4 software from the chipmaker starting in H1 2027. Shares of Uber Technologies ( UBER ) were up more than 3% pre-bell.

Nebius Group ( NBIS ) stock was down more than 5% after the company said it intends to offer $3.75 billion in convertible senior notes in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers.

Canadian Solar ( CSIQ ) shares were up more than 4% after the company said its e-STORAGE unit has entered into a supply agreement with a US utility for a 500 megawatt or 2,493 megawatt hours DC battery energy storage system project.
