China's State Administration for Market Regulation has postponed its approval of a proposed merger between Synopsys ( SNPS ) and Ansys ( ANSS ) , the Financial Times reported, citing two people with knowledge of the matter. Synopsys ( SNPS ) and Ansys ( ANSS ) shares were down more than 1% pre-bell.

Adobe (ADBE) shares were down more than 4% even after the company reported higher fiscal Q2 non-GAAP earnings and revenue and raised its fiscal 2025 outlook.

Bilibili ( BILI ) shares were more than 2% lower after the company said it has completed the repurchase of its 1.25% convertible senior notes due 2027.
