AppLovin ( APP ) remains under scrutiny from the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Bloomberg reported, citing a letter from the agency. Shares of AppLovin ( APP ) were down more than 3% pre-bell.

Itron ( ITRI ) stock was down more than 1% after the company said it plans to launch a private offering of $600 million of convertible senior notes due 2032.

Uber Technologies ( UBER ) said it launched a suite of services called Uber Autonomous Solutions, aimed at supporting the buildout and commercialization of autonomous vehicles of its global partners. Uber Technologies ( UBER ) shares were nearly 1% lower pre-bell.
