StoneCo ( STNE ) shares were up more than 4% after the company said it is divesting assets within its software segment after evaluating strategic alternatives over the past year.

Progress Software ( PRGS ) shares were down 0.5% after the company said it amended its credit agreement to increase its revolving credit limit to $1.5 billion from $900 million and extend the maturity date to July 31, 2030.

Oracle (ORCL) has signed an agreement with OpenAI to develop 4.5 gigawatts of additional Stargate data center capacity in the US, the Microsoft ( MSFT )-backed (MSFT) startup said. Shares of Oracle were 0.5% lower pre-bell.
