Oracle (ORCL) is looking to raise $15 billion from the US investment-grade bond market, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter. Oracle stock was down more than 1% pre-bell.

Rezolve Ai ( RZLV ) shares were up more than 1% after the company said it has entered definitive agreements with two existing institutional investors for an oversubscribed private placement of about $200 million.
