The Philadelphia Semiconductor index fell 1.8%.
In corporate news, Nvidia ( NVDA ) sued EU antitrust regulators for scrutinizing its acquisition of AI startup Run:ai, claiming they flouted an earlier court ruling restricting their merger powers on minor deals, Reuters reported. Nvidia ( NVDA ) shares were falling 1.5%.

which have advancements for data center and networking portfolios. Its shares were shedding 2%.
