Gitlab ( GTLB ) shares were down more than 3% before the bell after Barclays downgraded the company's stock to underweight from equalweight and cut its price target to $34 from $42.

NVIDIA ( NVDA ) shares were down 0.7% in recent premarket activity after retreating 0.1% at Friday's close.

Sify Technologies ( SIFY ) stock was up more than 4% pre-bell after the company reported higher Q3 revenue.
