Super Micro Computer ( SMCI ) shareholders sued the company Wednesday, accusing it of committing securities fraud by concealing its dependence on sales to China in violation of US export laws, news outlets reported. Shares of Super Micro Computer ( SMCI ) were down more than 3% pre-bell.

Pony AI (PONY) stock was down more than 2% after the company reported a decline in Q4 revenue.

Datavault AI ( DVLT ) shares were up more than 4% after the company said it has partnered with American Strategic Minerals to develop and monetize one of the latter's resource extraction projects in Arizona through a $78.2 million digital tokenization initiative.
