Palantir Technologies ( PLTR ) shares rose past 16% after the company reported higher Q3 adjusted earnings and revenue. The company also raised its full-year revenue guidance.

Emerson Electric ( EMR ) said it has proposed acquiring all outstanding shares of AspenTech (AZPN) it does not already own for $240 each in cash. AspenTech shares were up more than 5% premarket.

Silicon Laboratories ( SLAB ) shares fell past 12% after the company reported that it swung to a fiscal Q3 loss as revenue fell during the period.
