Grid Dynamics Holdings ( GDYN ) is set to join the S&P SmallCap 600 index on Jan. 2, the S&P Dow Jones Indices said. Grid Dynamics Holdings ( GDYN ) shares were up over 9% premarket.

Arena Group ( AREN ) shares rose past 14% after the company said it was notified by NYSE American that its plan to regain compliance with the exchange's continued listing standards had been accepted.

Gaxos.ai ( GXAI ) shares were down more than 10% after the company said it has agreed to sell about 1.3 million common shares priced at $3 apiece in a registered direct offering for gross proceeds of about $4 million.
