Dayforce ( DAY ) is being considered for takeover by Thoma Bravo, Bloomberg News reported, citing unnamed people familiar with the matter. Shares of Dayforce ( DAY ) were up more than 25% premarket.

Riskified ( RSKD ) stock was down more than 9% after the company reported lower Q2 non-GAAP earnings.

Yext ( YEXT ) shares were more than 6% higher after the company said Chief Executive Michael Walrath has submitted a non-binding proposal to acquire all outstanding company shares he doesn't already own at a price of $9 per share in cash.
