Marvell Technology ( MRVL ) stock was up more than 7% after the company reported higher fiscal Q3 non-GAAP earnings and net revenue, and announced a $3.25 billion deal to acquire Celestial AI.

Sprinklr ( CXM ) shares were up more than 4% after the company posted higher fiscal Q3 non-GAAP net income and total revenue, and raised its fiscal 2026 outlook.

Uber Technologies ( UBER ) shares were up nearly 2% after the company said it launched all-electric Avride robotaxis for its ride-hailing services in Dallas.
