09:16 AM EDT, 03/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Technology stocks were leaning lower pre-bell Wednesday, with the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund ( XLK ) down 0.2% and the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF ( XSD ) declining 1.3%.

Oddity Tech ( ODD ) was down more than 6% after saying a selling stockholder has initiated an underwritten public offering of 4 million of the company's Class A ordinary shares.

Rackspace Technology ( RXT ) was more than 2% lower after reporting that it swung to a Q4 non-GAAP loss as revenue declined during the period.

Full Truck Alliance ( YMM ) was up nearly 11% after saying it was extending a share repurchase program of $300 million of its American depositary shares through March 12, 2025.
